摘　　要：介绍了国内外社区服务管理的研究现状和发展趋势,并从民意诉求、构建出行模式指标体系、"微信息"处理、出行服务四方面,阐述了"互联网+"背景下构建绿色出行精准化模式的方法,提出了社区"空闲"车位社会服务的精准化建设途径。The paper introduces research status and development tendency of community service management at home and abroad,describes methods of building green travel mode under the'Internet + 'background from four aspects of public opinion feedback,building travel mode index system,'micro-information'treatment and travel service,and puts forward social-service accurate building methods of 'free'community parking spots.
