基于ANSYS Workbench的码垛机械手动静态特性分析

摘　　要：分别运用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench软件对码垛机械手进行三维实体建模与动静态特性分析,得出了真空吸盘框架等重要部件的应力、应变图。结果表明该结构的强度和刚度满足实际需求,为整体结构的改进设计提供了依据。SolidWorks is used to build 3-D entity model of stacking manipulator. ANSYS Workbench software is used toanalyze its dynamic and static characteristics. Stress and strain diagrams of vacuum cup frame are obtained. Results showthat the structure of the strength and stiffness can meet the actual requirements, and provides reference for improvingstructure design.
