Multistage Fracturing Technology in Shale Gas Development

摘  要:页岩气作为一种非常规的油气资源,对解决我国能源问题有着重要意义。国外开采页岩气多采用技术已相对成熟的多级多段压裂技术。而我国还处在页岩气开发的起步阶段,至今还没形成成熟的技术。简要介绍美国一些用于页岩气井的多级分段压裂技术及其工具,其中包括ZoneSelect多级压裂系统、DeltaStim多级压裂技术和泵送桥塞射孔分裂压裂技术。ZoneSelect多级压裂系统的自膨胀封隔器加投球滑套的方式完全满足国内页岩气开发的需求,多级分段压裂技术有望对我国的页岩气实现大规模作业起到促进作用。Shale gas is one of the unconventional oil and gas resources, and it is critical to solve the energy problems inChina. The multistage exploitation technology of shale gas in foreign countries has been relatively mature. However inChina, we are still in the initial stage of the development of shale gas exploitation technology. This paper introduces themultistage fracturing technology and tools of shale gas wells, including the ZoneSelect multi-stage fracturing systems,DeltaStim multistage fracturing technology and pumping bridge plug fracturing perforating technology division. The autoexpandingpacker and ball sliding sleeve of ZoneSelect^s multistage fracturing system can fully meet the technologydevelopment requirements of shale gas in China. The multistage fracturing technology is expected to promote large scaleshale gas operation in China.
