摘　　要：黄河下游河道在历史上决口频繁。自1946年人民治理黄河以来,黄河下游的防洪措施确保了两岸保护区的安全,共取得防洪效益44 062亿元。采用"实际发生年法"对1996—2015年黄河下游防洪保护区的防洪效益进行了分析。结果表明:近20 a黄河下游防洪工程减免大堤决口9次,防洪效益38 515亿元。Because the Yellow River is characterized by overloaded sediment and special natural conditions,the dike along the Yellow River downstream broke frequently in the past history. Since the people's harnessing the river from 1946,the safety of the river downstream flood protected area is guaranteed through the flood control measures in the Yellow River downstream,and flood control benefit is 4.406 2 trillion yuan. The yearly actual occurring method was used to analyze the flood protection benefits of the Yellow River downstream protected area from1996 to 2015. The results show that 9 dike breaks have been avoided and the benefit of flood control is 3.851 5 trillion yuan in the flood protected area.
