摘  要:按照价格、激励两类重要影响要素对需求侧可调度资源进行分类,基于典型需求响应项目构建基于峰谷分时电价和直接负荷控制的需求响应模型,并应用聚类方法对用户用电模式进行分析。考虑电价型、激励型需求响应项目的不同特征,分别构建了基于消费者心理学和模糊综合评价的需求侧可调度资源潜力评估,并验证其有效性,为需求侧资源的互动提供了前提和保障。According to the two important influence factors such as price and incentive,this paper classified the schedulable resources of demand side. Based on the typical demand response project,the paper built a demand response model based on peak-valley time-of-use tariff and direct load control,and analyzed user 's power consumption mode by using clustering method. Considering the different characteristics of demand response project of price type or incentive type,the paper constructed the potential assesment of demand side schedulable resources based on consumer psychology and fuzzy comprechensive evaluation respectively,and verified its effectiveness,which provides the premise and guarantee for this interaction of demand side resources.
