摘 要:为了改善大流量液控单向阀的动态特性,采用流体动力学分析方法对大流量液控单向阀进行流场分析,研究了大流量阀工作时流道内流体的压力、液体相的变化情况。实验分析了大流量液控单向阀的动态特性和功率谱,结果表明:在大流量液控单向阀反向开启的过程中,过流面积越大,卸载时间越短,流量上升越快,空化指数越低。但过流面积31.2mm^2时通流能力最强,且压力波动并不呈线性降低的规律。In order to improve the dynamic characteristics for large-flow pilot-operated check valve, the flow field of large-flow pilot-operated check valve was analyzed using fluid dynamics analysis method. The variation instance of pressure and liquid phase was investigated in operation of the large-impact-flow valve. At last, the dynamic characteristics and power spectrum of large-flow pilot-operated check valve were analyzed by experiments. The results indicate that in reverse opening of the check valve, the greater the flow-area is, the shorter the unloading time, and the faster the flow rise, and the lower the cavitation index are. But the flow capacity is strongest when flow-area is of 31. 2 mm^2 , and the rule of pressure fluctuation is not a linear decreasing.
