摘  要:采用固相反应法结合真空烧结技术制备了不同Ce3+掺杂浓度的Ce∶YAG透明陶瓷,通过扫描电子显微镜(带能谱仪)、分光光度计和荧光光谱等系统研究了陶瓷的显微结构和光学性能。结果表明,所制得的透明陶瓷样品离子掺杂均匀、致密度高,透光性较好,可见光范围直线透过率高达80.0%,样品在460 nm蓝光激发下可以发射中心波长为530 nm的宽带黄绿光,随着掺杂浓度的增加,发射峰发生红移,并出现了明显的浓度猝灭现象。所制备的透明陶瓷样品光学质量优异,是一种能够替代Ce∶YAG荧光粉体的新型荧光材料。Ce∶ YAG transparent ceramics with different doping concentrations of Ce^3+ were synthesized by the solid state reaction and vacuum sintering technology.The microstructure and optical properties of ceramics were systematically characterized by SEM(EDS), spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrum.The results indicated that the prepared ceramics have homogeneous ions doping,high density and better light-transmission and the line transmittance in visible light range is 80.0%.Under the highefficiency excitation of 460 nm blue light,the samples could emit the wide band yellow-green light centered at 530 nm.With the increase of doping concentration,the emission peak had a red shift and the concentration quenching happened obviously.The prepared transparent ceramics have excellent optical quality.It is a novel luminescence material to replace Ce∶ YAG phosphors.
