应用型本科高校经管类专业大学生职业规划与ERP课程实践的耦合性及实现路径

摘　　要：传统的大学生职业发展与创业就业课程在授课方式上采用纯理论教学模式,授课内容与学生所学专业课程相互独立。无法使学生从专业角度上理解就业与创业。在经管类大学生职业发展及就业创业课程设置中嵌入ERP实践模拟课程,以构建符合经管类专业学生专业特色的大学生职业发展与就业创业的实践课程体系。通过改革教学方法,推进双师同堂教学模式。为学生就业创业提供身临其境的模拟市场环境,以实现理论与实践相结合的教学目标。The traditional career development and employment entrepreneurship courses of universities are theoretical courses and isolated from other specialized courses. So they are unable to understand employment and entrepreneurship from professional angle. This paper is going to construct a practical courses’ system of career development, employment, entrepreneurship and ERP practice courses of students majoring in economics and management with ERP practical simulation courses embedding in the curriculums. This paper is also going to reform the teaching methods, like ＂Two Teachers in One Class＂. Therefore, this course will provide a simulation market environment for students’ employment and entrepreneurship in order to achieve a goal of combining theories with practices, along with a combination of learning and doing.
