基于专业话语实践的职场英语沟通能力构念初探

摘　　要：全球化背景下的知识经济发展不断对从业者的职业能力提出新要求,使得职场沟通能力测试开发的必要性和重要性不断突显。本文在重新定义职场的基础上提出"基于专业话语实践的职场英语沟通能力"构念。该构念包括个体因素、体裁能力、语言能力、国际化素养、职业发能力、管理能力和沟通策略能力共7个主要维度。这一能力构念能够为职场英语能力测试开发和基于大学英语教学的国际化人才培养提供支撑,同时可以为"基于专业话语实践的学术英语沟通能力"构念研究提供参考。With the development of globalization,knowledge economy requires the new professional competence. This paper redefines workplace,then constructs Discursive Practice-based Communicative Competence of English for Professional Purposes. This construct comprises seven components： personal attributes,generic competence,language competence,internationalization knowledge,professional development competence,management competence,and strategic competence. This construct lays the foundation for professional competence testing and designs educational model for international talents of College English. Meanwhile,this construct also provides a research reference for the construct of Discursive Practice-based Communicative Competence of English for Academic Purposes.
