摘　　要：依托宁波滨海工业固废填埋场工程,研究采用增压式防堵真空预压法对滨海围填滩涂地区进行软基处理。针对该工程为大面积块状场地,且周边有高压电线塔需要保护等特点,采用了水泥土搅拌桩围护场地基坑,且对高压电线塔塔基采用钻孔灌注桩加固保护处理,对地基处理全过程进行了有效跟踪监测,包括地基沉降位移、孔隙水压力与水位、膜内真空度等变化情况,以及对周围电线高塔等环境物进行位移监测。结果表明在进行适当保护处理后,高塔受大面积软基处理影响小。工后检测表明处理后软基的平均固结度、地基承载力达到设计要求。Based on the project of Ningbo coastal industrial -waste landfill, the air-boosted vacuum preloading method isapplied to treating with soft soil foundation in coastal reclamation area. Since this landfill project has a large soil foundationarea, and is surrounded by high-voltage power wire towers need to be protected, the cement-soil mixing piles are lined aroundthe foundation pit, the foundations of the power towers are reinforced using bored piles. During the construction procedure,some monitoring work is carried out in this project, including monitoring the soil foundation settlement, changes of pore waterpressure, underground water level, and vacuum degree within plastic sheeting, etc., the displacements of surrounding powertowers and other environmental objects are also monitored. The results show the project of large -area soft soil foundationtreatment has little influence on the surrounding high towers with proper protections. The check work after foundation treatmentshows the average degree of consolidation of soft soil foundation and the bearing capacity of foundation can meet the designrequirements.
