摘　　要：本文从技术角度出发,基于对第四代海事卫星手持机网关系统的分析和研究,重点对系统构成、业务功能及通信处理流程进行了分析,对于我国海事卫星的建设发展及其他卫星移动通信系统的研究具有辅助作用。This paper researched the technical for the Isatphone National Gateway(NGW) of Inmarsat-4 system, focus on the analysis of system structure, business fuction & communication process flow. It has auxiliary function on the development of construction for China's maritime satellite and other satellite mobile communication systems.
