摘  要:采用金相显微镜(OM)、万能试验机、维氏硬度计和磨粒磨损试验机等设备研究不同热处理工艺对CW713R特殊黄铜的微观组织、力学性能及耐磨性能的影响.研究结果表明:退火温度从200℃升高到300℃,α相呈针状析出,基体β相基本未发生变化;退火温度从300℃升高到450℃,α相长大,呈短棒状或等轴状,基体β相发生长大并粗化;退火温度从450℃升高到550℃,α相消失,转变为β相,基体β相显著粗化.α、β相含量和形态的变化必然导致其性能也随之变化,比较不同热处理工艺下的各性能指标,挤压坯小加工量延伸后进行300℃×3 h热处理,获得的材料综合性能最佳.Microstructure characteristics,mechanical properties and wear resistance property of CW713 R special brass in different heat treatment were investigated using metallurgical metalloscope(OM),universal testing machines and vickers hardness tester and grain-abrasion wear tester.The results indicate that while annealing temperature increasing from 200 ℃to 300 ℃,acicularαphase precipitated,βphase matrix unchanged basically;and annealing temperature increased from 300℃to450 ℃,αphase grew short rod-like or equiaxed,βphase matrix appeared coarse.When annealing temperature rose from 450 ℃to 550℃,αphase disappeared and turned intoβphase,βphase matrix became coarse observably.Amount ofαandβphase,also its shape are bound to lead to the mechanical property change.Comparing the mechanical property target under different heat treatment,extrusion billet,which was drawn slightly then treated by 300 ℃×3 h,can attained the optimum mechanical properties.
