摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的发展,产学研合作教育模式在高等教育中的重要作用和地位日益为教育界所认知。旅游管理专业作为一门应用型专业,更需要加强产学研人才培养模式研究。在对旅游管理专业产学研人才培养模式构建必要性分析的基础上,以旅游管理专业产学研人才培养模式的构建原则为指导,提出了旅游管理专业产学研人才的培养模式,即:一个保障、两个中心、三个能力、四个平台。With the development of higher education in China,the cooperation mode of industry-study-research talents cultivation was valued by education for its increasingly important role and status in higher education. Tourism management specialty as an applied specialty should strengthen the study of industry-study-research talents cultivation model. Based on the necessity analysis and the principle on the building of industry-study-research talents cultivation model in tourism management specialty,this article puts forward the countermeasures for industry-study-research talents cultivation model in tourism management specialty from the view of'a security,two centers,three abilities,four platforms'.
