优质护理对人工髋关节置换术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成及康复效果的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理对人工髋关节置换术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成及康复效果的影响。方法:选择我科收治的72例行人工髋关节置换术患者,随机分为两组,即予以优质护理者归为观察组,予以常规护理者归为对照组,每组均36例,观察两组患者术后情况以及髋关节功能恢复。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的血栓形成率、住院时间均明显缩短,Harris评分明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论:优质护理可较好地降低人工髋关节置换术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成率,促进髋关节功能恢复。Objective：To observe the Influence of high-quality care nursing to the patients＇ deep vein thrombosis of lower limband recovery effect after artificial hip arthroplasty.Methods：72 cases of the artificial hip arthroplasty patients in our department were selected and were randomly divided into high-quality care nursing combined with hemoperfusiontreatment group（short for observation group）and common nurses combined with hemodiafiltration treatment group（short for control group）,36 cases in each group.To observe patients＇ deep venous thrombosis of lower limb and function rehabilitation after the total hip arthroplastyafter treatment of both group.Results：After treatment,compared with control group,observation group patients＇ deep venous thrombosis of lower limb and hospital staysexperienced an obvious decrease.And the Harris score increased significantly.The difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05,-0.001）.Conclusion：high-quality care nursingcan decrease the deep venous thrombosis of lower limb and improve the rehabilitation of patients after artificial hip arthroplasty.
