中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的临床研究进展

摘　　要：中医认为原发性痛经的主要病机为"不通",多数临床研究表明,采用中医外治疗法治疗原发性痛经具有满意的效果,且标本兼顾,副作用少,具有独到之处。本文因此对中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的临床研究进展进行了综述,首先概述了原发性痛经的发病概况与机制,其次,总结了中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的方法,包括敷贴法、针灸治疗、耳穴治疗、推拿治疗、其他治疗等。Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that the main pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea is＂block＂,most clinical studies show that external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on primary dysmenorrhea had satisfactory effect,less side effects,with a unique feature.So this paper reviews the clinical research progress of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on primary dysmenorrhea.At first,the general situation and mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea were overviewed.Secondly,the methods of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on primary dysmenorrheal were summarized,including sticking,acupuncture,ear-point therapy,massage and other treatment,etc.
