档案专业复合型人才建构的核心因素

摘　　要：档案信息化和档案信息资源化推动档案管理人才向档案专业、主体专业和信息专业的复合型方向发展。在人才学的视野中,每个专业人才都由素质、知识和能力三个维度构成。在这种专业复合与维度交叉形成的九大因素中,档案专业人才素质是体现档案人才修养和引领档案人才专业发展方向的因素;主体专业知识是档案实现信息资源价值和提升档案主体存在的因素;信息专业能力是档案信息化管理技术的集中体现,是最具档案管理时代感的因素。这三个因素是当今社会从不同维度建构档案专业人才的核心因素,引领档案工作者角色转变的方向。Archival infomiatization and the resourcization of archival information make professional archives talents change into the compound talents of archives major,main major and information major. In the field of talent study, quality,knowledge and abili-ty are the three major components of any talent. Among the nine major factors,the professional quality of archival professionals is the factor that reflects the professional development of archival talents and leads the professional development of archival talents. The main professional knowledge is the key factor to realize the value of information resources and improve the existence of archives. Pro-fessional ability in information reflects the level of the management of archives informatization, and it is also the factor which changes with the time. These three factors represent the core factors of the construction of social archives professionals from different dimen- sions,and represent the direction of the change of the roles of archivists.
