摘　　要：利用江苏地区农户调研资料,归纳总结新生代农村劳动力的非农就业行为及主要特征,并利用结构方程模型进一步剖析资本类型对非农就业行为的影响机制和作用路径。研究结果表明,以职业规划能力和受教育程度为主的个体资本正向影响新生代农村劳动力非农就业行为,但作用程度低于其它资本。其它资本中以社会资源衡量的社会资本对非农就业行为影响尤其显著。资本类型对非农就业区域的影响远高于非农就业行业。基于上述研究结论,文章最后提出提升群体受教育水平和职业规划能力、构建多维度非农就业权益保障机制与公共就业服务体系、优化产业区域布局与发挥城市集聚效应的政策建议。This paper, based on the data from a survey of farm households in Jiangsu province, demonstrates the currentcharacteristic of the non-farm employment of the young rural labors and analyzes the influence mechanism of human capital types on non-farm employment using structural equation model. The result shows that though personal capital concerning career planning and education is positive in to increase their non-farm employment behavior, but such effect is less than that of other human capitals while the social capitals measured by Social resources boasts of most significant impact on non -farm employment. The type of human capitals owned by rural labors affect their non -farm employment more significantly than farm employment. Thus the rural labors＇ non-farm employment can be helped by the policies such as training in their career planning, better education, employment rights protection and public employment service system, optimizing regional industry distribution and urban agglomeration.
