摘 要:以桔梗腐皮镰刀菌为对峙菌,从生活垃圾堆肥中分离的14株放线菌采用三点接种法筛选1株对桔梗腐皮镰刀菌抑制效果最强的放线菌G2,再用放线菌G2菌液诱导桔梗幼苗,研究生活垃圾堆肥放线菌对桔梗的抗病性。结果表明,垃圾堆肥放线菌G2菌液对桔梗腐皮镰刀菌抑制效果最强,抑制率为37.8%。用不同浓度的堆肥放线菌G2菌液诱导处理的桔梗幼苗SOD活性、POD活性、叶绿素含量与CK相比均有显著升高(P<0.05),而MDA含量则有显著下降趋势(P<0.05),桔梗幼苗MDA含量与SOD活性、POD活性、叶绿素含量均呈现高度显著负相关(P<0.001)。当垃圾堆肥放线菌G2菌液浓度为2×107CFU·m L-1时,诱导处理的桔梗幼苗SOD活性、POD活性、叶绿素含量均显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),而MDA含量均显著低于其他处理(P<0.05),并能产生较强的抗病性。Fusarium solani of Platycodon grandiflorum as confrontation bacteria. one strain actinomycetes G2 was screened with three inoculation method from 14 strains actinomycetes separated by municipal refuse compost, and Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings were induced by actinomycetes G2 to the disease resistance of Platycodon grandiflorum by municipal refuse compost actinomycetes. The results showed that municipal refuse compost actinomycetes G2 had the strongest inhibitory effect to Fusarium solani of Platycodon grandiflorum, and inhibition ratio was 37.8% . With Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings induced by different concentrations of actinomycetes G2, the activities of SOD, activities of POD and contents of chlorophyll in Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings were significantly higher than CK ( P〈0.05), while the contents of MDA in Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings were significantly lower than CK ( P〈0.05). The contents of MDA and activities of SOD, activities of POD, contents of chlorophyll had highly significant negative correlation ( P〈0.001). With Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings induced by 2×10^7 CFU·mL^-1 of concentration on municipal refuse compost actinomycetes G2, activities of SOD, activities of POD and contents of chlorophyll in Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings were significantly higher than other treatment ( P〈0.05), but the contents of MDA were significantly lower than other treatment ( P〈0.05). And 2 × 10^7 CFU·mL^-1 of concentration on municipal refuse compost actinomycetes G2 couldt produce strong disease resistance.
