摘 要:以青花7号为材料,采用沙培法,初步探究了施氮量对幼苗期花生根系碳、氮代谢特征的影响。结果表明:施氮量不改变各指标在苗期的变化趋势。随着生育期的推进,根中可溶性糖含量、蔗糖含量、淀粉含量、N素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和NRase活性呈增加趋势;游离氨基酸呈下降趋势;碳氮比先减后增。随着施氮量的增加,根中可溶性糖含量、蔗糖含量和碳氮比整体为N0>N1>N2;N素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和NRase活性整体为N2>N1>N0;淀粉含量整体为N0>N2>N1;游离氨基酸含量整体为N1>N0>N2。With Qinghua No.7 as tested material, sand culture was used to explore characteristics of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in root of peanut at its seedling stage with different nitrogen application rate. The results showed that changes of each indexes were similar under different nitrogen levels. With the advance of growth, soluble sugar content, glucose content, starch content, N content, soluble protein content and NRase activity in root increased, free amino acid decreased, and the C/N ratio firstly decreased then increased. With the increase of nitrogen level, on the whole soluble sugar, glucose and C/N ratio were N0〉 N1〉N2; N content, soluble protein and NRase activity were N2〉N1〉N0; starch content were N0〉N2〉N1 and free amino acid were N1〉N0〉N2.
