摘  要:为了分析半夏属物种之间的亲缘关系,选用了mat K和rbc L序列对半夏属7个种共21个个体进行了分析。经比对后用MEGA5.0计算种间的k2p遗传距离并基于该距离建立了NJ系统发育树。结果表明,只有mat K和rbc L联合序列能分开这7个物种,mat K和rbc L单独序列均不能将这7个物种分开。表明mat K和rbc L联合序列可以作为DNA条形码鉴别半夏属物种。但是对于准确探讨该属的亲缘关系有一定难度。MatK and rbcL gene are used to evaluate the phylogeny of Pinellia ( Araceae) in 21 samples from 7 species. Compared with the divergence of these sequences, the genetic distances were computed using MEGA5.0 in accordance with the Kimura 2 -Parameter ( K2p) model, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining and Kimura 2 -parameter methods. Results showed that only the matK+rbcL could distinguish 7 species in Pinellia and neither of them could distinguish all the 7 species alone. The matK+rbcL fragment could be used as a candidate barcode for identifying species of Pinellia, but it is difficult to analyze the phylogeny in Pinellia.
