益气养阴中药治疗糖尿病合并心脏病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴中药治疗糖尿病合并心脏病的临床疗效。方法 80例符合诊断标准的糖尿病合并心脏病(气阴两虚证)患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用养阴中药生脉散合人参养荣汤加减。30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者中医症状积分、心绞痛及心电图疗效、血脂、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医证候有效率:观察组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率67.5%;两组心电图有效率:观察组总有效率85.0%;对照组总有效率62.5%。观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生脉散合人参养荣汤加减治疗糖尿病合并心脏病效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of tonifying qi and nourishing yin herbs for treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with heart disease. Methods： 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus complicated with heart disease with qi and yin deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Shengmaisan and Renshen Yangrong decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. 30 days were taken as 1 course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment,TCM symptoms score,angina pectoris,ECG and blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2H blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment ,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〈 0.05）. In regard to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficiency Of two groups： the total ef- fective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, and which of the control group was 67.5%. On ECG efficiency of two groups： the total effective rate of the observation group was 85% and that of the control group was 62.5%. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. TC, TG, LDL-C,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1C of both groups were decreased;the observation group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Shengmaisan and Renshen Yangrong decoction on diabetes complicated with heart disease is remarkable.
