自拟散瘀利水方辅助西医治疗急性骨筋膜室综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟散瘀利水方辅助西医治疗急性骨筋膜室综合征疗效。方法将患者76例依据随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合自拟散瘀利水方治疗。两组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗疗效,肢体肿胀消退时间、肿胀消失时间、疼痛减轻时间,中转手术情况以及用药期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(73.68%)(P<0.05);治疗组肢体肿胀消退时间、肿胀消失时间、疼痛减轻时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);中转手术率治疗组(5.26%)低于对照组(55.26%)(P<0.05);两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论自拟散瘀利水方辅助西医治疗急性骨筋膜室综合征疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective: To investigate the effect of blood stasis syndrome Lishui decoction assisted western medicine in the treatment of acute osteofascial compartment. Methods: 76 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The treatment group was treated with blood stasis syndrome Lishui decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in two groups. The two groups of patients were compared on treatment efficacy,limb swelling subsided time,swelling disappeared time,pain relief time,transfer operation and adverse drug reaction occurred during the period. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group(94.74%) was higher than that in the control group(73.68%)(P < 0.05). In the treatment group,the time of limb swelling,swelling disappearance time and the time of pain relief were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The conversion rate in the treatment group(5.26%) was lower than that in the control group(55.26%)(P < 0.05). No serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion: Effect of the self-made stasis Lishui decoction assisted western medicine in the treatment of acute osteofascial compartment syndrome is significant,safe and reliable. It has important research value.
