摘　　要：加强供给侧结构性改革是我国"十三五"期间调结构、促发展的核心动力,也是继拉动内需之后推动我国经济社会持续快速发展的又一强大助力。农村客运领域是我国客运市场发展的短板,也是极具发展潜力的重点环节,能否有效保障农村客运市场发展需求是全面实现小康社会发展目标的重要指标之一。内蒙古自治区属于西部欠发达省区,农村客运市场底子薄、基础差,已成为了推进城乡一体化发展的重要阻碍。如何通过加强供给侧结构性改革推进农村客运市场发展,已成为了内蒙古自治区经济社会发展的重点问题。本文通过对内蒙古自治区农村客运市场的实证分析,提出了推进客运网络升级、加快公交化进程、全面提升服务质量等方面的改革措施,对整个西部地区农村客运市场发展起到了积极的借鉴意义。To strengthen the supply-side structural reform in China during the ＂13th Five-Year＂is the core power to adjusting structure and promoting development,but also following after a strong push to boost domestic demand boost rapid and sustainable economic and social development in china. The field of rural passenger transport is a short board of the development of China＇s transportation market,also is the key link of great potential for development,whether the rural passenger transport market development needs can be effectively protected is one of the important indicators to achieve the goal of well-off society in an all-round way. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region belongs to the less developed western provinces and autonomous regions. The rural passenger transport market has a weak foundation and poor foundation,which has become an important obstacle to the development of urban and rural integration. How to strengthen the supply side of the structural reform to promote the development of rural passenger transport market has become the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region economic and social development of the key issues. Based on the empirical analysis of the rural passenger transport market in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the paper puts forward some reform measures,such as advancing the upgrading of passenger transport network,speeding up the process of public transportation and improving the quality of service in an all-round way,and has played a positive reference for the development of rural passenger transport market in the whole western region.
