摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定卡巴拉汀透皮贴片中的抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚（BHT）。采用冰水浴超声提取卡巴拉汀透皮贴片中的BHT,采用Inert Sustain C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶20 mmol/L乙酸铵缓冲溶液（80∶20）,检测波长278 nm。BHT在2.25~13.50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,定量限为90 ng/ml。平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为3.17%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of 2,6-ditertbutyl-4-methylphenol （butylated hydroxytoluene, BHT） in rivastigmine transdermal patch. BHT was extracted from the patches by ultrasound with an ice water bath. An InertSustain C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol∶20 mmol/L ammonium acetate buffer （80∶20）, at the detection wavelength of 278 nm. It was linear for BHT in the range of 2.25—13.50 μg/ml. The limit of quantification was 90 ng/ml. The average recovery was 100.9%, with RSD of 3.17%.
