摘　　要：利用GIS在数据管理、可视化和空间分析等方面的技术优势,结合水工程安全自动化监测的实际业务需求,基于GIS平台研发水工程安全监测信息管理系统,构建属性信息、监测数据与空间信息一体化数据管理体系,在C/S、B/S混合模式架构下实现安全监测信息的可视化查询、资料分析、信息化管理与成果输出等功能。系统在全国多个水工程安全监测自动化系统中投入应用,提高水工程自动化安全监控的工作效率和可靠性。By using GIS＇s technical advantages in data management, visualization and spatial analysis, and combined with the actual needs of water engineering safety auto-monitoring, the water engineering safety monitoring information management system based on GIS platform is developed. The attribute information, monitoring data and spatial information are integrated together in this system. The safety monitoring information funetions ine]uding visualization query, data analysis, information management and result output are achieved under mixed mode framework of C/S and B/S. The system has been put into operation in some safety monitoring automation systems of water projects in China, which has improved the efficiency and reliability of automatic safety monitoring of water project.
