基于“互联网+”的精准扶贫研究——以临沂市为例

摘　　要：精准扶贫是指针对不同贫困区域地理环境、不同贫困农户状况,运用合规、有效的程序对扶贫对象实施精确识别、精确帮扶、精确管理。文章研究了互联网与精准扶贫的跨界融合在临沂市精准扶贫的应用,并以"互联网+生态养殖+精准扶贫"为例分析了该模式的有效性。研究结果表明"互联网+精准扶贫"模式具有一定普适性,可以帮助其他相似区域通过这种模式实现脱贫致富。Precision poverty and alleviation poverty are Pointers to different regional geographical environment, the condition of different peasant households, using the compliance and effective program to object to implement precise identification and accurate support for poverty alleviation, and precise management. The article studied the cross-border integration of Internet and precise for poverty alleviation in linyi city＇s precise application of poverty alleviation, and the ＂Internet ＋ ecological farming ＋ precision poverty alleviation＂ is taken as an example the validity of the model are analyzed. The results showed that ＂Internet ＋ precise poverty alleviation＂ model has a certain universality, and it can help other similar area rich.
