摘 要:本研究考察压力性生活事件、主观幸福感、情绪调节和心理韧性之间的关系。采用青少年生活事件量表、总体幸福感量表、情绪调节习惯问卷和青少年心理韧性量表对879名大学生进行调查。结果发现大学生主观幸福感总体偏低,不同情绪调节方式和高低心理韧性者差异显著;压力性生活事件、情绪调节、心理韧性与主观幸福感两两显著相关;压力性生活事件不仅直接负向预测主观幸福感,还通过情绪调节和心理韧性间接预测主观幸福感;情绪调节和心理韧性在压力性生活事件与主观幸福感间发挥了链式多重中介作用。结论:大学生主观幸福感的提升,不仅需要培养积极的情绪调节方式,还要增强心理韧性,以降低压力性生活事件带来的负面影响。The present study aims to explore the relationship between college students' stressful life events, subjective well-being, emotion regulation and resilience, by surveying 879 college students with the Adolesccnts Self-Rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC), the general well-being (GWB) scale, the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), and the Resilience Scale of Chinese Adolescents (RSCA). The results show the following: The college students generally showed a low level of subjective well-being, and there was a significant difference in subjective well-being between those with different styles of emotion regula- tion and at different levels of resilience; there were significant correlations between their stressful life events, emotion regulation, resilience and subjective well-being; stressful life events could be used to directly predict their subjective well-being, and indirectly predict it through their emotion regulation and resilience; and their emotion regulation and resilience had multiple mediating effects between their stressful life events and subjective well-being. The study concludes that to enhance college students' subjective well-being, it is a must to develop their positive styles of emotion regulation and strengthen their resilience so as to reduce the negative impact of their stressful life events.
