摘　　要：目的研究并探讨自身免疫型复发性流产的治疗方法及效果。方法于2013年1月～2015年12月，选取100例自身免疫型复发性流产患者随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组给予小剂量阿司匹林治疗，观察组给予强的松、小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗。比较两组患者的保胎成功率、流产率、不良反应发生率、孕激素水平。结果观察组的保胎成功率为92％，较对照组明显更高（P〈0．05），观察组的流产率明显更低（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患者的雌二醇、B—HCG、孕酮水平均明显增高（P〈0．05），且两组之间的差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在自身免疫型复发性流产的临床治疗中，采用强的松、小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗具有显著的疗效，可有效减少流产的发生，且安全性较高。Objective To study and discuss the treatment method and effect of autoimmune recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods 100 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given low- dose aspirin treatment, and patients in observation group were given prednisone and low dose aspirin combined with low molecular heparin. The success rate, abortion rate, the incidence of adverse reactions and progesterone levels were compared between two groups. Results The success rate in observation group was 92%, which was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）, and the abortion rate in observation group was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the estradiol, beta -HCG, progesterone levels in two groups were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions in two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of autoimmune type recurrent spontaneous abortion, prednisone and low dose aspirin combined with low molecular heparin has significant curative effect, it can effectively reduce the occurrence of abortion, and it has high safety.
