人性化护理干预在提高重症肺炎的疗效并预防和降低各种不良反应发生率中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理干预在提高重症肺炎的疗效并预防和降低各种不良反应发生率中的效果。方法选择2015年5月～2016年5月在我科住院的84例重症肺炎患者，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组患者实施人性化护理，对照组实施传统护理，对两种护理方法的疗效和降低不良反应发生率的效果进行观察比较。结果护理后，观察组患者临床症状缓解情况显著优于对照组，其结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为7．14％（3／42）和33．33％（14／42），其结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组患者的WHOQOL—BREF各项目评分显著优于对照组，其结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对重症肺炎患者实施人性化护理，可以显著改善临床表现，提高临床疗效及生活质量，值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of humanized nursing intervention in improving the curative effect of severe pneumonia and its effect in preventing and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods 84 cases of patients with severe pneumonia cured in our hospital From May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were treated with humane care, and patients in control group were treated with traditional nursing. And curative effect of two kinds of nursing methods and the effect in reducing the ineidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the clinical symptoms of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, and the results had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 7.14% （3/42） and 33.33% （14/42）, and the result had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. WHOQOL-BREF scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the results had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humane care for patients with severe pneumonia can significantly improve clinical manifestations, and improve clinical efficacy and quality of life. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
