摘　　要：目的分析并探讨综合护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者的生存质量的影响。方法随机选取2013年1月-2015年6月期间入住我科的系统性红斑狼疮患者95例，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预，对两组患者质量采用改良简化生存质量核心量表进行评估、对比。结果实验组在各项生存质量方面均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对系统性红斑狼疮患者采取综合护理干预，能提高患者生存质量，对于临床治疗有着十分积极的意义，值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions on quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods 95 patients with SLE in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomIy divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care,and patients in experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention On the basis of usual care,The life qualities of these two groups were assessed and compared cording to the Quality of Life Scale. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in all respects of life quality,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of patients with SLE can improve the life quality of patients.It has great positiVe significance for clinical treatment,and it is worth promotion and application.
