SAS联合SDS量表在湿疹患者焦虑抑郁中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨湿疹患者焦虑、抑郁情绪特点及其影响湿疹患者焦虑、抑郁的因素。探讨SAS联合SDS量表上湿疹患者焦虑抑郁中的应用。方法依据焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对我院2013年6月~2015年9月收治的120例湿疹患者进行问卷调查评定,为观察组。对照组是华裔Zung编制的焦虑评分量表、抑郁评分量表,具有权威性^([1])。在对照组的基础上评定对比观察组在治疗之前和治疗之后的SAS和SDS的总体评分;对比观察组湿疹患者前后的生活质量水平。结果观察组湿疹患者的SAS和SDS评分,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗之前的生活水平质量低于对治疗之后,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);湿疹患者治疗前的总体有效率明显低于治疗之后,两组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者有明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪,早期诊断和防治湿疹患者的心理问题可以有效提高患者的生活质量,SAS联合SDS量表在湿疹患者焦虑抑郁中应用可行。Objective To explore the characteristics of anxiety and depression in patients with eczema and the factors of anxiety and depression in patients with eczema.To explore the application of SAS combined with SDS scale in anxiety and depression of patients with eczema. Methods 120 cases of eczema patients cured in our hospital from June 2013 to September 2015 were evaluated by questionnaire survey,according to self rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self rating depression scale （SDS）.And they were divided into observation group.The control group was the anxiety scale,depression rating scale prepared by Chinese Zung,with authority. Overall score .of SDS and SAS before and after the treatment of observation group were compared and observed on the basis of control group.Quality of life before and after the treatment of observation group were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly different before and after treatment,and the differ6nce was statistieally significant （P 〈0.05）.The quality of life after the treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The overall effective rate of eczema patients before treatment was significantly lower than that after treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with chronic eczema have obvious anxiety and depression.Earlydiagnosis and prevention of psychological problems in patients with eczema can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.SAS combined with SDS scale is feasible in the application of anxiety and depression in patients with eczema.
