带蒂皮瓣不同时间断蒂修复手外伤皮肤缺损的对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨研究带蒂皮瓣两周断蒂与三周断蒂在修复手外伤皮肤缺损中的效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月在我院进行治疗的80例符合标准的手外伤患者并随机分成两组，观察组40例患者在术后两周进行断蒂；对照组40例患者在术后三周进行断蒂。结果两组患者在总有效率、皮瓣存活率、皮瓣恢复方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组患者的住院时间与住院费用分别为（15．1±2．41）d与（10769．3±402．6）元，显著性低于对照组的（28．2±3．17）d与（16794．2±491．1）元，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论带蒂皮瓣在两周以后断蒂的治疗效果与在三周以后断蒂的治疗效果基本相同，但缩短了住院时间，减少了医院费用。Objective To compare the efficacy of pedicle division in 2 weeks and in 3 weeks for hand injures with pedicle flap treatment. Methods 80 patients from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2015 with hand injuries were randomized into, observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）.Observation group received the pediCle division in 2 weeks, while control group received the pedicle division in 3 weeks. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate, the survival rate of the flap and the recovery of the skin flap （P 〉 0.05）. The hospital stay and hospital costs of observation group were （15.1±2.41）d and （10769.3 ±402.6）yuan, which were significantly lower than those of the control group with （28.2±3.17）d and （16794.2±491.1）yuan （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pedicle division in 2 weeks shows the same clinical efficacy compared with pedicle division in 3 weeks. This method can reduce the patients＇ pain, hospital stay and hospital costs, and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
