支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患者联合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对治疗支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患者的临床应用优势。方法将我院接诊的100例未控制的支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的初诊患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中对照组50例予以吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸人剂（信必可都保）治疗，治疗组50例除给予吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗外，同时给予曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，治疗时间均为3个月。通过对比两组哮喘控制测试（ACT）评分、鼻炎症状评分、肺功能指标以及副反应，比较不同治疗方法的疗效。结果两组治疗前ACT评分与鼻炎症状评分、FEV1、FVC指标差异对比无显著差异（P〉0．05），治疗后两组此四项指标差异均具显著性（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前后FEF25％。75％差异均不具显著性（P〉0．05）；组间副反应差异不明显（P〉0．05），两组副反应均未中途停药而发生严重副反应状况。结论临床予以支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患者曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗，可有效改善其肺功能状况及临床症状，该联合治疗方法疗效确切且安全，深具临床推广价值。Obejctive To study the application of Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray combined with Budesonide/Fomoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 cases of bronchial asthma patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group. 50 patients of treatment group were given the the Budesonide/ Fomoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation, and the other 50 of control group were given the Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray combined with Budesonide/Fomoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation , the length of treatment was 3 months. Then the effects of different therapy methods by comparison of two groups＇ ACT, rhinitis symptoms index, lung function index and the side effects were compared. Results There was no significant differences between the ACT, rhinitis symptoms index, FEV1 and FVC before the treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ）,There were significant differences in all 4 indexes after the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in FEF 25%-75% either before or after the treatment （P 〉 0.05）, and there was no significant difference in side effects （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Triamcinolone Aeetonide Nasal Spray combined with Budesonide/ Fomoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation on the treatment of bronchial asthma patients with allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the lung functions and clinical symptoms. The combined therapy method is accurate and safe, and it has the value of clinical application.
