比较优势下深化中国与东盟各国贸易发展的路径分析

摘　　要：中国-东盟自由贸易区是目前发展中国家间最大的一个自由贸易区,近年来,中国对东盟地区的进出口商品增长较快,贸易逆差逐渐转向贸易顺差。伴随中国经济发展和国家倡导的对外企业技术改革和结构调整,中国对外贸易企业的创新力在不断提高,中国与东盟双方的商品贸易逐渐形成互补和竞争的关系,中国的显性比较优势相对较稳定,但也伴随着压力。中国与东盟各国需要进一步加大资源性产品的优势互补,加快外贸企业的技术创新,大力发展第三产业特别是服务业,增加对资本密集型出口商品产业的投入,实施适度宽松的对外贸易政策,加强双边金融设施与交通设施的完善。Under the background of the new chances for the global economy and human development triggered by the 2016 Hangzhou G20 World Leaders＇ Summit, and China and the members of ASEAN all belonging to developing countries and having the similar export commodity structure, using the comparative advantage theory to analyze the changes of the revealed comparative advantage（RCA） indexes of China＇s export commodities in recent years, the paper pointed out that China should import the commodities made up of the resources which China lacks and export the commodities made up of the resources which China is abundant of. The paper also analyzed the trade data of China＇s export commodities to ASEAN and explored the chan- ges of the quantities and varieties of China＇s export commodities to ASEAN, and found out the reasons which have been limit- ing the development of China^s export commodities to ASEAN. The paper finally suggested that our country should actively in- troduce foreign capitals and technology, encourage domestic businesses to innovate and increase domestic investment, give full play to trade＇s expansion effect, increase the compactness of our country＇s foreign trade, hasten after benefit and avoid damage, and promote the development of our country＇s foreign trade profits, so as to fulfill the win-win target for the China- ASEAN Free Trade Area.
