摘 要:结合沙坝土矿工程地质情况及生产要求,提出脉外采准柱式中深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿法。为保证矿区安全高效开采,借助ABAQUS数值模拟软件,模拟研究了采场跨度分别为15、20及25 m情况下顶板的位移、应力变化情况。结果显示:采场上盘围岩较下盘围岩位移量大,采场内部位移呈漏斗状曲线的均匀变化且20 m及15 m跨度下的位移量较小。3种跨度下充填体最大主应力(压应力)依次为0.67 MPa、0.69 MPa、和1.04 MPa,其中,25 m跨度下的最大主应力已接近或超过充填体抗压强度。考虑开采安全及效率,优选20 m的采场跨度为最佳采矿方案。该结果为矿山进行合理生产设计提供科学依据,通过在沙坝土矿的推广应用,该矿目前已安全高效采矿超百万吨,生产应用效果良好,达到预期目的。Combined the engineering geology and production requirements of Shabatu Mine,the medium-hole pillar caving method with mining preparation out of veins and subsequent backfilling is proposed. To ensure the safe and efficient exploitation of the mine,ABAQUS simulation software is used to simulate the variation of roof displacement and stress when the stope span respectively at 15,20 and 25 m. The results show that the displacement at hanging wall is larger than that of footwall,and the internal displacement of the stope shows a uniform change as funnel-shaped curve and minimum at span of 20 m and 15 m. The maximum principal stress( compressive stress) of backfill body under three spans above are 0. 67 MPa,0. 69 MPa,and 1. 04 MPa respectively,wherein the maximum principal stress at 25 m span have been close to or above its compressive strength. Considered for mining safety and efficiency,20 m span of stope mining determined as the best. The result provides reasonable scientific basis for the production of mine. By applying in Shabatu Mine,the mine has produced over one million tons of mines in safe and efficient way. It obtains production effect and achieves the desired purpose.
