摘  要:高速铁路列车轴重轻、速度快,钢轨的磨耗有其自身的特征。本文通过对京津城际、武广客专、京沪高铁、秦沈客专、沪宁城际等多条高速铁路钢轨磨耗情况的长期跟踪观测,分析总结了高速铁路钢轨的磨耗特征。结果表明:高速铁路直线段钢轨的垂直磨耗量及磨耗速度均较小,而小半径曲线地段钢轨的侧面磨耗严重,已影响到钢轨的使用寿命。建议在小半径曲线地段使用在线热处理钢轨,同时进行钢轨润滑,以减少钢轨磨耗。High speed railway train has its own characteristics such as light axle load,high speed and different wheel/rail wear.Based on long-term tracing inspection and testing works in Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway,Wuhan-Guangzhou passengers dedicated line,Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway,Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passengers dedicated line and Shanghai-Nanjing intercity railway the rail wear characteristics of high speed railway were summarized and analyzed in this paper.The results show that the vertical wear volume and wear rate of rails in straight line section of high speed railway are both small,while side wear of rails in small radius curve section is severe,which has affected the rail service life.The application of on-line heat treated rails combing with rail lubrication in small radius curve section is recommended in order to reduce rail wear.
