摘 要:根据重载线现场服役的钢轨气压焊接头伤损情况,重点介绍了轨头焊缝裂开和轨头下颚裂开2种典型的断裂伤损方式,分析了相应的伤损原因,认为重载线气压焊接头未焊合和全断面局部过热造成脱碳氧化是现场常见的接头伤损原因,待焊接断面的垂直度、光洁度和加热器气孔的状态对接头质量影响较大。针对不同的伤损原因提出了相应的预防对策,以提高现场气压焊接头的使用效果。Based on the damage conditions of gas pressure welding rail joints on the site,this paper described and analyzed the two typical cases of rupture,which occurred on the welding line and the chin of railhead on heavy haul railway.Lacks of bond on heavy haul railway and oxidation decarburization caused by local overheating on full section are common failure reasons of welding joints.The verticality and smooth of cross sections for welding,and conditions of heater pores have greater impacts on the quality of joints.Based on different reasons of damage,new preventive countermeasures are put forward to improve the effect of gas pressure welding joints on the site.
