摘　　要：图书馆参考咨询服务是通过不同的图书馆之间形成一定的协作,根据不同图书馆所拥有的信息资源以及人才现状,更好的发挥每个图书馆自身的优势,给用户带来全天候的信息参考咨询服务。图书馆通过建立参考咨询协作平台可以强化图书馆自身的竞争实力,有效降低每一个图书馆所面临的服务时间压力。笔者对图书馆参考咨询协作服务的现状进行了分析,阐述了黑龙江省图书馆参考咨询协作平台的建设情况,指出了图书馆参考咨询协作平台建设的原则,并对图书馆参考咨询协作平台的构建做了探索。The reference service of library is realized through the coordination among different libraries, according to their strengths on information resource and talents, which can provide all-weather reference service to users. Through establishing reference and collaboration platform, library can improve its own competitive strength and reduce the service time pressure. This paper analyzed the status of library reference service, and expounded the construction situation about the reference and collaboration platform of Heilongjiang Provincial Library, and pointed out the construction rules, and made some exploration.
