摘　　要：通过装配式剪力墙住宅的产业化设计,探讨装配式剪力墙住宅的方案设计、结构平面布置、预制构件拆分等基本流程。通过产业化工程实践,分析产业化住宅基本的设计流程、预制构件生产流程和产业化施工流程中的关键点。Through the industrialization design of prefabricated shear wall residential building, this paper discusses the basic process scheme of prefabricated shear wall residential design, structure layout, separation of prefabricated part. Through the practice of industrialization engineering, this paper discusses the key point of the industrialization residential basic design process, the prefabricated production process, the industrialization of in the construction process.
