摘  要:缓粘结预应力钢绞线的缓粘结剂具有一定粘度,粘度在预应力筋张拉时表现为粘滞力,并直接影响有效预应力的建立。通过两种试验方法研究预应力钢绞线在护套内滑动时粘滞力与温度之间的关系,回归出粘滞力与温度的关系曲线,提出了持荷超张拉减小粘滞力预应力损失的技术措施。Adhesive for retard-bonded prestress steel strand has a certain viscosity. The viscosity is manifested as viscous friction, and affects the establishment of the effective prestress during stretching. Two experimental methods were introduced in the paper to study the relationships between the viscous friction and the temperature, and the regression curve equation was obtained. Sustaining and exceed tension method was provided in the paper to decrease the prestressing loss caused by viscous friction.
