摘　　要：社区图书馆是公共图书馆服务体系的基础节点。为改进社区图书馆服务条件,指导社区图书馆的服务与管理工作,我国第一部针对社区图书馆服务、管理制定的行业标准——《社区图书馆服务规范》已于2016年5月1日正式实施。该规范着眼于我国社区图书馆的现实状况,注重夯实社区图书馆的基本服务功能,顺应全媒体阅读的发展趋势,推广数字资源服务,强调区域一体化协作协调与文献信息资源的共享,鼓励社会力量积极参与,使图书馆融入社区生活。Community libraries are the basic nods of public library service system. In order to improve the service conditions of community libraries and guide the service and management work, the first specification for community libraries in our country has been put into effect on May 1st, 2016. The specification is aimed at the practical conditions of community libraries in our country, pays attention to the basic services, conforms to the development trending of all media reading, promotes digital resources services, emphasizes regional integrated cooperation and literature information resources sharing, encourages the participation by social forces, and enables the community libraries to fit in the community life. 3 refs.
