摘　　要：目的 :分析探讨鼻内镜手术联合经鼻雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗嗜酸粒细胞性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法 :选取290例嗜酸粒细胞性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者随机分为观察组和对照组各145例,对照组患者行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组患者行鼻内镜手术联合经鼻雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、主观症状改善时间和治疗前后的VAS评分及Lund-Kennedy评分变化。结果 :观察组患者的主观症状改善时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的VAS和Lund-Kennedy评分比较无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组患者的上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :鼻内镜手术联合经鼻雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗嗜酸粒细胞性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with nasal inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of eosinophilic sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods： Two hundred and ninety patients with eosinophilic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into a control group（underwent nasal endoscopic surgery） and an observation group（underwent nasal endoscopic surgery combined with nasal inhalation of budesonide） with 145 cases each. The clinical efficacy, improvement of subjective symptoms, VAS symptoms score and Lund-Kennedy score changes before and after treatment were analyzed. Results： The time required for the improvement of subjective symptoms was obviously shorter in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The comparison of VAS symptoms score and Lund-Kennedy score between the two groups showed no statistical significance before treatment, however, the above-mentioned scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with nasal inhalation of budesonide for the treatment of eosinophilic sinusitis with nasal polyps possesses significant curative effect.
