基于方剂组成统计分析的半夏减毒增效配伍规律探讨

摘　　要：目的:基于有毒中药半夏的古今方剂组成统计数据,探讨其减毒增效配伍方法,为探索半夏的临床配伍规律、揭示其控毒机理、指导临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法:构建半夏方药数据库分析平台,利用SPSS17.0多元统计软件中的因子分析,考察半夏与各药物(组)间的配伍关系。结果:频数统计显示,各类药物与半夏配伍所占比例由高到低依次为补虚药、理气药、止咳化痰平喘药、解表药等;单味药与半夏配伍所占比例居前者依次为甘草、陈皮、茯苓、人参、白术等。通过因子分析提取出20个对半夏功效或毒性影响较大的药物(组)。结论:通过以甘缓毒、以润制燥、以寒制热、相杀制毒等配伍,可减半夏之毒;通过同类相从、异类相使、相反相成等配伍可增其效。Objective： Based on the statistical data of the ancient and modern Chinese herbal medicine using toxic Pinellia ternata,the combination method of reducing toxin and efficiency was discussed to reveal the mechanism of poison control and provide the basis for rational drug use in clinic.Method：We constructed the database analysis platform of the SPSS 17.0 and investigated the relationship between Pinellia ternata and other drugs.Result： The frequency statistics showed that the compatibility of various drugs and Pinellia ternata proportion from high to low in order was the tonifying drugs,regulating Qi drugs,stopping cough and resolving phlegm,relieving the exterior drugs.The single drug which had the higher proportion in the compatibility of Pinellia was liquorice,tangerine peel,Poria,ginseng,Atractylodes,etc.Twenty kinds of drugs which had the effect on the efficacy and toxicity were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion：By the compatibility of the drugs which can relieve the toxin,nourish the dryness and restrain the cold,it can reduce the toxin of Pinellia.By the compatibility with the same kind drugs which have the similar effect,the different kinds drugs which can enhance each other＇s effect or those have the opposite effects can increase its effect.
