摘 要:目的:探讨白射干素对烟熏及感染后豚鼠咳嗽症状及血细胞因子的影响。方法:采用烟熏、脂多糖(LPS)溶液滴鼻、枸橼酸雾化诱咳,建立豚鼠感染后咳嗽模型,观察白射干素对豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期、5 min内咳嗽次数及散尽枸橼酸后5 min咳嗽次数的影响;ELISA法检测血细胞因子白介素-4(IL-4)及白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量。结果:模型组豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期明显缩短,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),5 min内咳嗽次数、5 min后咳嗽次数及10 min总咳嗽次数均增多,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);白射干素明显延长豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),明显减少5 min内咳嗽次数、5 min后咳嗽次数及10 min总咳嗽次数,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);白射干素明显降低血细胞因子IL-4与IL-1β含量,与模型对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白射干素具有止咳作用,推测可能是通过降低血液中的IL-4及IL-1β含量间接发挥作用。Objective: To study the effect of dichotomitin on cough induced by cigarette and infection and serum cytokines of model guinea pigs.Methods: Model guinea pigs with cough were induced by cigarette,nasal drops with LPS solution and Citric acid atomization.Observe the effect of dichotomitin on latent period,cough times in 5 minutes and 5 minutes after Citric acid atomization and detect the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-1β by ELISA methods.Result: The latent period of cough was obviously reduced in the group of model guinea pigs with cough,which was significantly different as compared with the blank control group's.The cough times were increased in and after 5 minutes and also accumulated in10 minutes,which were significantly different as compared with that of the control group(P〈0.05).The latent periods of cough were obviously prolonged in the dichotomitin group,which was significantly different as compared with that of the model control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The cough times in and after 5 minutes and the total times in 10 minutes were obviously decreased,which were significantly different as compared with that of the model control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Dichotomitin decreased the levels of IL-4 and IL-1β,which were significantly different as compared with those of the model control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclution: Dichotomitin indirectly played a role of relieving cough by reducing levels of serum IL-4 and IL-1β.
