藜芦酸葡萄糖酯的人肠内菌转化研究

摘　　要：采用人肠内菌体外转化模型对藜芦酸葡萄糖酯的肠内菌转化进行了研究。结果表明,藜芦酸葡萄糖酯在3 h内被完全转化为藜芦酸,而肠内菌增殖的对数生长期为1.5-3 h。因此,藜芦酸葡萄糖酯可被人肠内菌转化为藜芦酸,其转化速率与肠内菌的增殖速率呈现正相关。The transformation of tecomin was investigated by using the human intestinal bacterial transformation model in vitro.The results showed that tecomin was transformed into veratric acid within 3 hours and the exponential phase of the proliferation of intestinal bacteria was from 1.5 to 3 hours after initiation of the experiment.It is concluded that tecomin can be transformed into veratric acid by the human intestinal flora and the transformation process is positively correlated with the proliferation of the bacteria.
