醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗死血瘀证患者外周血单个核细胞T淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)血瘀证患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)T淋巴细胞的影响。方法:70例患者随机分为治疗组以及对照组各35例。对照组用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加醒脑静注射液。疗程均为14 d,观察两组患者治疗前后中医疗效和NIHSS评分,检测治疗前及治疗后Th1、Th2百分率和Th1/Th2比值。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前Th1、Th2百分率、Th1/Th2和NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、7、14 d后两组患者NIHSS评分与治疗前比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组患者Th1、Th1/Th2、NIHSS评分在治疗后3、14 d均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),Th2以及中医疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:醒脑静注射液明显调控急性脑梗死血瘀证患者Th1/Th2平衡,对神经功能缺损具有较好的改善作用。Objective：To observe the effects of Xingnaojing Injection on T lymphocytes subsets in peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMC） of patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI） of blood stasis syndrome（BSS）.Method：Seventy patients were divided into the treatment group as well as control group and each 35 cases stochastically.Both groupsreceived conventional treatment.The treatment group received Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of the control remedy.The therapeutic course was 14 days.Observe two groups＇ national institutes of health stroke scal（NIHSS） and the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapeutic effect were evaluated.The levels of Th1 and Th2 were detected.Result：The difference of Th1,Th2,Th1/Th2 and NIHSS were not significant（P〈0.05） pre and post treatment.Compared to before,the difference of NIHSS was significant（P〈0.05）.The level of Th1,Th1/Th2 and NIHSS were decreased（P〈0.05）,but Th2 and the total efficacy of the TCM increased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Xingnaojing Injection can significantly regulate the ration of Th1/Th2 in patients with ACI of BSS and has the good improvement function on neurological dysfunction.
