认知行为干预对亲属供肾移植受者康复质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对亲属供肾移植受者康复质量的影响。方法选取2010年1月-2014年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院泌尿外科接受亲属供肾移植手术的患者100例，分为2组：①试验组50例，在术前和术后按照医院正常的程序执行，并在这过程中实施认知行为干预；②对照组50例，按照医院正常的程序执行。用自制问卷和肾移植患者生活质量相关评定量表（QOL-RT），测量患者的基本情况、康复质量、心理状况及生活质量，以评估其认知行为干预效果。结果试验组患者生活质量总分及生理功能、心理职能、疾病治疗3个维度评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论有效的认知行为干预可明显减轻肾移植患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，提高肾移植患者的康复情况和生存质量。Objective To study the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on relative donor renal transplant recipients quality of rehabilitation. Methods One hundred patients who were received renal transplantation donor in Department of Urology Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2010 to December 2014, were divided into 2 groups： （1）In the experimental group, 50 cases were performed before and after operation according to the normal procedures of the hospital, and the cognitive behavior intervention was implemented in the process; （2）The control group of 50 patients was performed in a normal hospital procedures. The quality of life of patients with kidney transplantation was assessed by self-made questionnaire and the quality of life （ QOL-RT）, the basic situation, the quality of rehabilitation, the quality of life and the quality of life were measured, and the effect of cognitive behavior intervention was evaluated. Results In the experimental group, the scores of quality of life and physical function, psychological function and disease treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Effective cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly reduce negative emotions of anxiety, depression in patients with renal transplantation, and improve the rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with renal transplant.
