摘  要:由于国内早期直接空冷机组设计经验不足,空冷单元三排管设计冷却面积较小,以及管束翅片结垢等因素影响,导致机组经济性逐年变差。介绍了国内空冷系统运行中存在的问题,提出了提高空冷系统运行效率的技术方案,详细说明了660 MW超临界空冷凝汽器改造的可行性,重点阐述了尖峰冷却系统原理及应用,从而提高汽轮机效率,改善机组经济性和安全性,同时为同类型机组的增容改造提供参考。Due to lack of designing experience early in China,the designed cooling area of three-rows tubes is relatively small. With the scaling of the cooling fin tubes and other factors,economical efficiency of the unit is getting worse. In this paper,the problems in the operation of air-cooled system are introduced,the technical scheme to improve the operating efficiency of the air cooling system is presented. The feasibility of the 660 MW supercritical air-cooled steam condenser is described in detail. To improve the efficiency of steam turbine and improve economic and safety of the unit,reasonable suggestions for the same type of capacity extension are put forward.
