摘　　要：随着国家电网公司物力集约化、精益化管理要求不断提升以及"五位一体"机制建设的要求,如何充分利用现有合同管理数据资源,挖掘数据间的关系,让数据来完善和提升合同管理的监控及分析能力,成为合同管理工作面临的新课题。文中对合同管理跟踪与监控分析信息化建设现状进行了研究,给出其建设评估框架,研究如何利用和挖掘数据源,寻找适合的分析方法及指标,助力企业提升采购执行效率及效益,为企业节约采购成本、人工成本,最终达到让数据来评估采购人员的工作业绩目标。With state grid resources intensive,the increase of lean management requirements and the ＂Five One＂ mechanism construction requirements,how to make full use of existing contract management between data mining and upgrading contract management of monitoring and analysis ability become a new topic for contract management work. This paper studies contract management tracking and monitoring information state,construction evaluation frame is given. This paper also studies the use and mining data sources to find a suitable analysis method and indicators. These measures help enterprises improve efficiency and benefit,save costs and labor costs.This study results can meet the purpose of that this method uses data to evaluate work performance of procurement staff.
