摘  要:通过调查分析循环流化床锅炉排渣管烧红问题原因,确定了膜式壁水冷排渣管、埋管式水冷排渣管、水冷套式排渣管、内衬耐火材料排渣管及外套管耐火材料排渣管等解决方案,并从排渣管外壁温度、系统复杂性、设备可靠性、改造费用成本等方面进行综合比较分析后,得出内衬耐火材料排渣管及外套管耐火材料排渣管方案优于其他解决方案,进而在解决排渣管烧红问题基础上,保证锅炉设备可靠运行。Through investigation and analysis reasons of deslagging pipe burn for circulating fluidized bed boiler,the solutions are determined by membrane walls water-cooled sullage pipe,embedded pipe type water-cooled sullage pipe,lining refractory sullage pipe and outer thimble refractory sullage pipe. Sullage pipe is comprehensively compared from outside- wall temperature, system complexity,equipment reliability and improvement cost. The conclusion shows that solutions of lining refractory sullage pipe and outer thimble refractory sullage pipe are superior to others. These solutions can solve the problems of slagging burning,ensure the boiler safe and stable operation.
